Our company background

Arc Imaging has been in the document Management Industry for over 30 years, way back to the microfilm days. The company used to own 3 conversion sites and sell imaging software to clients predominantly in the South of England and South Wales. The company has been responsible for the successful conversions of millions of documents into electronic formats.

Since the complexity of imaging increased the need for advice and management compliance became apparent and a consultancy division was formed. This service offers clients shortcuts for those who wish to have documents scanned correctly, speedily, and to the correct format, avoiding the many pitfalls that may be encountered.

The industry has moved on from just archive scanning into active systems such as PIPS (purchase invoice processing systems) and application processing. Arc Imaging can give advice on these subjects including offshore indexing and web hosting.
